Exhibition and Consultation

We have recently submitted an application to Westminster City Council for Planning and Listed Building Consents.

A Certificate of Lawfulness for the use of the building as a restaurant (Use Class E) as well as a Premises Licence were successfully applied for last year and consented by Westminster City Council.

We are keen to discuss how we can come together to make the new restaurant a much-loved and valued part of the local community.

On Wednesday 30 March 2022, we held a public exhibition at 16 Charles Street between 4pm and 7pm.

The Design Team and Loulou Groupe were on hand to share their vision and answered questions from the local residents and historical societies who attended.
