Planning and Listed Building Applications

 Last year, Westminster City Council granted a Certificate of Lawfulness for the use of the building as a restaurant (Use Class E) as well as a Premises Licence - the first steps by Loulou Groupe towards renovating the property to open a new, fine-dining restaurant.

We will shortly be submitting applications for Planning and Listed Building Consents, in order to make sensitive and appropriate changes to the fabric of the building, allowing us to create a beautiful new restaurant.

We are consulting the local community to seek feedback on our proposals. Please come to our public exhibition on 30 March 2022 at 16 Charles Street between 4pm and 7pm. The team will be on hand to share the proposals and answer any questions you may have.
