A New Fine-Dining Restaurant at 16 Charles Street, Mayfair

Over the past few months, the team has been developing its plans to restore 16 Charles Street to its former glory and bring it into public use for everyone to enjoy. The new restaurant will be a discreet fine-dining experience committed to exceptional quality and the highest standards of service.

We are keen to discuss how we can come together to make the new restaurant a much-loved and valued part of the local community.

L16 CS Operations Limited, which is part of Loulou Groupe, has been successful in applying for a Certificate of Lawfulness, for Change of Use under Class E, as well as a Premises Licence from Westminster City Council for a new fine-dining restaurant at 16 Charles Street.
